Special Topic: Cloud Computing

Welcome to the Cloud Computing Course home page! 
(The course would be offer to MS and Ph.D students enrolled in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Security, and Engineering Management program in summer 2013 at CASE, Islamabad)

Cloud computing has attracted a large user-base mainly due to its pay-by-usage and on-demand resource provisioning features. Cloud computing also attracted a large part of the research community. The course would introduce and provide an in-depth knowledge of cloud computing topics and research areas. The graduate students would get an excellent opportunity to identify their thesis and dissertation topics in the field of cloud computing. 

Important! The course would be a mixture of lectures and student presentations based on the research papers assigned by the course instructor.


Grading Criteria
Assignments (Two): 20% 
Paper Presentation: 20% 
Midterm Exam: 25% 
Final: 35%
